Birthday Bucket Order Form

Do you want to make your child's Birthday at School a special day without the hassle?  Order a Birthday Bucket from the school cafeteria!

All orders will be delivered in a party tub with a birthday card and party hat for the Birthday Student, and napkins for the class.

All orders must be pre-approved by your child's teacher and placed and paid for 2 weeks in advance.
