1. Learn/Participate in activities that will strengthen their heart
2. Learn/Participate in activities that will strengthen their muscles
3. Students will develop and increase flexibility through stretching
4. Learn how to move correctly
5. Learn how to play fairly and cooperate
6. Learn how to be fit, get fit, and stay fit
7. Learn how to master basic movements including running, jumping, throwing, and catching
8. Develop balancing, agility, and coordination skills that apply to a range of activities
9. Develop abilities and confidence that they need throughout their lives
10. They will be encouraged every class to be physically active
