Kirsten Kuhns - ELA/SS

Hello!
My name is Kirsten Kuhns, and I am the 4th-grade ELA and Social Studies teacher here at Las Brisas. I have been an educator since 2021 and hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education, as well as a Master's degree in Educational Leadership—both from Grand Canyon University. I am passionate about education and firmly believe that all students are capable of learning and growing. My goal is to create a classroom environment where students feel safe, valued, and excited to come to school each day. I cherish the meaningful relationships built with students and families through the shared journey of learning, and I’m truly excited to partner with you this school year.
